1. About XV3 Drive Life

XV3 Drive Life is a driver recruiting and placement service that assists CDL drivers in connecting with motor carriers that have open driving positions. XV3 Drive Life also assists carriers in sourcing and identifying qualified drivers through its recruiting system known as the XV3 Driver Pipeline. XV3 Drive Life does not operate as a motor carrier and does not provide transportation services. Drivers who obtain employment through XV3 Drive Life are employed directly by the hiring carrier, not by XV3 Drive Life.

2. Driver Eligibility

Drivers who utilize XV3 Drive Life services must:

  • Possess a valid CDL when required for the position
  • Meet DOT and carrier hiring standards
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable safety regulations

Submitting inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in removal from the XV3 Driver Pipeline and disqualification from placement opportunities. XV3 Drive Life reserves the right to decline or remove any driver profile at its sole discretion.

3. Driver Intake Forms and Driver Pipeline

Drivers who submit information through the XV3 Driver Intake Form acknowledge and agree that:

  • The information submitted may be reviewed by XV3 Drive Life
  • Relevant information may be shared with potential hiring carriers
  • XV3 Drive Life may contact them regarding employment opportunities

Submission of a driver intake form does not guarantee job placement or employment. Driver profiles may be maintained within the XV3 Driver Pipeline, a recruiting system used to match drivers with open carrier positions.

4. Carrier Participation

Motor carriers that engage with XV3 Drive Life agree to:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions and compensation information
  • Maintain all required operating authority and insurance
  • Comply with all federal, state, and DOT regulations
  • Conduct their own hiring, onboarding, and qualification processes

XV3 Drive Life does not control carrier hiring decisions or employment policies.

5. Placement Services

XV3 Drive Life provides recruiting and placement services including:

  • Driver sourcing
  • Driver intake and profile review
  • Recruiting assistance
  • Driver-to-carrier introductions

Final hiring decisions are made solely by the hiring carrier. XV3 Drive Life does not guarantee hiring outcomes or employment duration.

6. Employment Relationship

Drivers placed through XV3 Drive Life become employees or independent contractors of the hiring carrier. XV3 Drive Life is not the employer of any driver placed with a carrier. XV3 Drive Life is not responsible for:

  • Pay disputes
  • Employment conditions
  • Dispatch practices
  • Employment termination
  • Carrier policies

All employment matters must be addressed directly between the driver and the hiring carrier.

7. No Guarantee of Employment

Use of the XV3 Drive Life platform does not guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Hiring approval
  • Specific pay rates
  • Home time schedules
  • Employment duration

Employment opportunities depend on driver qualifications, carrier hiring standards, and available positions.

8. Website Use

Users of the XV3 Drive Life website agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Disrupt website functionality
  • Use the website for unlawful activities

XV3 Drive Life reserves the right to restrict or terminate website access for violations of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the XV3 Drive Life website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Text
  • Graphics
  • Website design
  • Recruiting processes
  • The XV3 Driver Pipeline system

are the intellectual property of XV3 Drive Life and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

XV3 Drive Life shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from:

  • Employment decisions made by carriers
  • Driver job performance
  • Carrier business practices
  • Accidents or incidents occurring during employment

Users of the XV3 Drive Life platform assume responsibility for their own employment decisions and relationships.

11. Privacy

Information submitted through the XV3 Drive Life website may be collected and used to:

  • Evaluate driver qualifications
  • Match drivers with carrier opportunities
  • Communicate regarding recruiting services

Driver information may be shared with carriers for the purpose of employment consideration. XV3 Drive Life does not sell personal information unrelated to recruiting activities.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

XV3 Drive Life reserves the right to modify:

  • Website content
  • Recruiting processes
  • Services offered
  • These Terms & Conditions

at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of XV3 Drive Life services shall be resolved in accordance with Texas law.
