HOW THE XV3 CARRIER NETWORK WORKS
When your company joins the XV3 Carrier Network, your available CDL positions become part of the opportunities Karti and XV3 Drive Life can present to drivers searching for employment. As we work with CDL drivers nationwide, we review their experience, qualifications, location, driving background, and employment preferences to identify potential matches within our carrier network. When a driver meets your company’s hiring criteria and is interested in your available position, we can submit that driver to your company for consideration. Your company maintains full control over its hiring process, employment decisions, and driver qualifications.

Joining the XV3 Carrier Network does not guarantee driver submissions, applications, interviews, or successful placements. Being part of our network means your company’s positions can be considered when Karti and XV3 Drive Life are searching for employment opportunities on behalf of CDL drivers. If a driver welcomes your available positions, we can submit their information to your hiring team for consideration. Our goal is to make meaningful connections between drivers and carriers, not promise a specific number of hires.
ONE NETWORK. ONE STANDARD AGREEMENT.
XV3 Drive Life operates under the same standard partnership structure for every carrier in our network. Whether your company operates 5 trucks or 5,000 trucks, needs one driver or hundreds, our standard placement fee remains $1,000 per successfully hired driver. All participating carriers must review and sign the XV3 Carrier Network Agreement before becoming an active network partner.
