What Happens After You Submit

Submitting your intake form starts a review—not a guarantee of placement.

  1. Karti reviews your intake profile and experience details.
  2. Karti searches for opportunities within the XV3 carrier network near your zip code and within your experience band.
  3. If a potential match(s) exists, Karti reaches out to discuss the opportunity(s) and next steps.
  4. Karti get's your application process started with that carrier and get you submitted if you choose a presented position.
  5. That carrier takes over and contacts you directly once they receive your application from Karti!

If there is not a current match, XV3 may keep your information on file for future opportunities, but cannot promise outreach.

Complete the form below, and Karti will personally review your information to identify potential job opportunities within XV3's Nationwide Carrier Network of 30+ trucking companies that match your qualifications, experience, location, and preferences.


If matching opportunities are available, Karti will contact you directly to discuss the potential positions. If you're interested in moving forward, he'll provide you with the next steps to get you submitted directly to the hiring carrier for consideration.

If XV3 doesn't have any matching opportunities within its Carrier Network, you can opt into our FREE Driver Spotlight Service by selecting "YES" in the Driver Spotlight section at the bottom of this form.


If selected, your driver profile may be featured on our XV3 Drive Life TikTok page, allowing carriers and recruiters nationwide to submit potential job opportunities for you. If an opportunity is submitted, we'll email you with the opportunity and if interested you can reach out to the carrier/recruiter directly!


Please Note: Driver Spotlight participation is optional and only available to drivers who select "YES" and have no matching opportunities within XV3's Carrier Network. Submitting this form does not guarantee a job match, Spotlight feature, interview, or employment.

XV3 Driver Spotlight is a free service offered by XV3 Drive Life to help drivers gain additional exposure to potential employment opportunities. If we are unable to identify a suitable position for you within our carrier network, XV3 may create and share a video highlighting your general location, CDL experience, qualifications, and employment preferences on our TikTok and other social media platforms in hopes of connecting you with carriers who may have opportunities available. Your name and personal contact information will never be publicly shared, and all interested carriers will be directed to contact XV3 Drive Life directly if they would like to get in touch with you and we will contact you with their contact information.
