My name is Karti Taylor. I bring nearly a decade of experience across multiple areas of the transportation industry, including: company driver, owner operator, lease operator, dispatcher, and recruiter.
This is operational experience gained inside the industry, not from the outside. That perspective allows me to understand both the driver journey and carrier hiring realities, ensuring XV3 provides the clarity and direction needed to build a driving career the right way.
