Position Overview

✔ Average 2,200–2,400 Miles Per Week
✔ Average Length of Haul: 400 Miles
Sign-On Bonus
💰 $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced Drivers
- $300 paid monthly for 10 months
- First installment paid with orientation pay
Pay Package
- $0.50 CPM Linehaul Pay
- $0.03–$0.04 CPM Weekly Accessorial Pay
- $0.04 CPM Performance Bonus
Additional earning opportunities available through accessorial and specialty freight pay.

Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience within the last year OR
- Minimum 1 year OTR experience within the last 3 years
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to meet DOT requirements
- Local driving experience does not qualify
Driving Record Requirements
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
- No serious moving violations within the last 3 years
- No reckless driving convictions
- No speeding 15+ MPH over the posted limit
- No hit-and-run violations
- No leaving-the-scene violations
Employment Requirements
- No more than 6 jobs within the last 3 years
- No more than 2 jobs within the last year
- Employment gaps exceeding 180 days must be documented
Additional Requirements
- SAP Drivers Not Accepted
- TWIC Card Required (assistance available)
- Hazmat Endorsement Preferred but Not Required
- Hazmat acquisition costs reimbursed after hire
- No pending criminal charges
