We're currently looking for qualified Solo CDL-A Drivers interested in a Regional North Dry Van position offering excellent home time, strong mileage pay, quarterly safety bonuses, and 100% no-touch freight.

Band Pay Program

This fleet utilizes a Band Pay system designed to increase driver earnings on shorter freight hauls.

βœ” Additional pay on loads under 400 miles

βœ” Paid on both pickup and delivery

βœ” The shorter the haul, the greater the Band Pay

Hazmat Premium

Hazmat is not required, but drivers who choose to haul Hazmat freight earn:

βœ” Additional $0.03 CPM on loaded miles

Home Time

🏠 Home Every Weekend For 2 Full Days (48 Hours)

Drivers are generally:

  • Home Friday Night through Sunday Night, or
  • Home Saturday Morning through Monday Morning

This fleet is specifically designed to maximize weekend home time.

Truck Home Policy

Minimum Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Age: 21
  • Minimum 9 Months OTR Experience Within The Last 2 Years
  • Must Have At Least 2 Months Of Winter OTR Driving Experience (December–February)
  • Local Experience Does Not Count
  • Training Experience Does Not Count
  • Must Have A Valid CDL In State Of Residence

Additional Experience Requirements

  • OTR Experience Must Include Major City Deliveries
  • OTR Experience Must Include Driving In Snow And Inclement Weather
  • Drivers Who Have Operated Under Their Own Authority Within The Last 3 Years Are Not Eligible

Moving Violations

  • No More Than 3 CMV Violations In The Last 3 Years
  • No More Than 2 CMV Violations In The Last 12 Months
  • No 15+ MPH Speeding Violations Within The Last Year

  • Careless Driving

  • DOT Preventable Accidents Must Be At Least 3 Years Old
  • No More Than 3 Parking Lot Accidents Within The Last 2 Years
