Average $1,400+ Per Week • Up To $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're currently looking for experienced CDL-A drivers interested in a Regional Flatbed position offering percentage pay, weekly home time, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to earn strong weekly income hauling flatbed freight.

Pay & Compensation

💰 Average Weekly Earnings: $1,400+ Gross Per Week

💰 Most Drivers Average $1,400–$1,600 Per Week Before Taxes When Running Consistently

💰 Drivers Earn 27% Of The Load Revenue

Equivalent mileage earnings are approximately $0.70 CPM, though drivers are paid a percentage of the load.

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • $1,500 After Delivery Of First Load
  • $1,500 At 6 Months
  • $2,000 At 1 Year

Drivers with 6 or more jobs in the last 3 years are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

Home Time

Flatbed 101 Training Program

Qualified drivers needing additional flatbed experience may be eligible for the Flatbed 101 Program.

This structured training program focuses on safe flatbed operations, cargo securement, tarping procedures, trip planning, and customer-specific requirements.

Potential Road Training

Drivers requiring additional development may complete an additional week of over-the-road training with a qualified trainer before release as a solo driver.

Training Restrictions

Flatbed 101 graduates receive a temporary no-coil restriction for their first 90 days solo and must successfully complete additional coil training before hauling coils.

Experience Requirements

Experienced Drivers:

  • Minimum 1 Year OTR Tractor-Trailer Experience Covering Multiple States Within The Last 3 Years
  • Minimum 6 Months Flatbed Experience Within The Last 5 Years
  • Experience With Pipe & Steel Required
  • Experience Using Straps, Tarps, Chains & Binders Required

Training Candidates:

  • Minimum 1 Year OTR Tractor-Trailer Experience Within The Last 3 Years
  • Drivers With 9 Months OTR Flatbed Experience May Be Considered

Driving Record Requirements

  • No More Than 3 Moving Violations Within The Last 3 Years
  • No More Than 1 At-Fault Accident Within The Last 3 Years
  • Serious Violations Reviewed Case-By-Case
  • Recent At-Fault Rollovers Not Accepted

Employment Requirements

  • No More Than 6 Jobs Within The Last 3 Years
  • Drivers With 7 Jobs May Be Reviewed Case-By-Case
  • Documentation Required For Employment Gaps
  • No Recent Safety-Related Terminations

Criminal Background Requirements

  • Felonies Reviewed Case-By-Case
  • Misdemeanors Reviewed Case-By-Case
  • No Pending Criminal Cases

DUI/DWI Requirements

Experienced Drivers:

  • No DUI/DWI Within The Last 5 Years

Training Candidates:

  • No DUI/DWI Within The Last 3 Years

Additional Requirements

  • SAP Drivers Not Accepted
  • No Failed DOT Drug Or Alcohol Tests In A Lifetime
  • Current DOT Physical Required
  • Urine Drug Screen Required
