Welcome to XV3 Drive Life — a nationwide CDL job board built by people who truly understand the trucking industry from firsthand experience.

We are Katt & Karti Taylor, the founders of XV3 Drive Life. Karti earned his CDL in February 2018 and has worked in many different areas of the trucking industry over the years. From OTR, Regional, and Local driving to Solo, Team, Lease Purchase, and Owner Operator opportunities, we’ve experienced the industry from multiple angles. We’ve also worked in dispatching and eventually entered the CDL recruiting business in 2024.

After one failed attempt at recruiting, we realized there needed to be a more practical and conventional way to connect CDL drivers with real opportunities across the country. That’s what led us to create the XV3 Drive Life Job Board — a place where recruiters and carriers nationwide can post their open CDL positions while drivers can easily search and explore opportunities that fit their needs.

The name “XV3” represents 18 — the number of wheels on a tractor trailer. Trucking is something we genuinely care about, and we have a real passion for helping drivers navigate an industry that can often feel stressful, confusing, and overwhelming.

At XV3 Drive Life, our goal is simple: help drivers find the best positions possible based on their experience, preferences, lifestyle, and qualifications. We know every driver is different, and we also know we can’t personally help every single driver or provide every position available nationwide. That’s exactly why this job board exists — to help bridge the gap between drivers, recruiters, and carriers all in one place.

We hope XV3 Drive Life becomes a platform where drivers can discover opportunities they may have never found otherwise, while recruiters and carriers can successfully connect with the drivers they need to keep America moving.

Being a truck driver is already stressful enough. Finding the right position shouldn’t make it harder. We want to help make that process easier, more transparent, and more accessible for everyone involved.
